Different types of jewelry cannot use the same illuminance.  And different CRI required for dimond，pear and jade, from CRI2700 to CRI6000. Illuminance: Different types of jewelry require different lighting illuminance. Small items such as gold, platinum, pearls, and diamonds need to be highlighted with spotlights, with high illuminance and a ratio of 10-30:1 compared to ambient lighting. 

On the other hand, materials like jade and crystal require a softer lighting effect, so the illuminance does not need to be too high. Therefore, suitable lighting should be chosen based on the characteristics of different jewelry.

Color temperature: The color of the lighting that illuminates the jewelry is also important, known as the color temperature of the light. Match the light color with the type of jewelry, such as using warm white for gold jewelry and using 5500K cool white light for gemstones. Different color temperatures of light can create different display effects for jewelry.

Jewelry display cabinets are generally used to showcase delicate items, and spotlights or fiber optics can be used for lighting. Incandescent lights and spotlights are ideal lighting fixtures for jewelry showcases, as they create good shadow effects.

 The lighting design of a jewelry store should also achieve the effect of "seeing the jewelry, not the lights," avoiding the impact on the perception of three-dimensional objects and highlighting the texture, texture, color, and other aesthetics of the jewelry.
